How Can I Help?
MRC Health Consulting provides over a decade of medical business professional experience; improving operational and financial performance in a complex changing health care market.
Through my experience I have seen recurring inefficiencies and flaws across all specialties in health care both clinically and administratively.
I was the Chief Operating Officer of a multi-million dollar pediatric medical group. I manage the following departments: clinical director (RN, LPN, MA) business administrative manager (payroll, benefits, HR, marketing, AR, AP) billing department (RCM), operational manager (software programs, facilities, technology, short and long term growth plans) front desk manager (check-in, check- out, medical records, call center), lead managers and medical providers (MD, APRN, PA, lactation consultants, nutritionist).
